​How Do I Place An Order?
To place an item in your shopping cart, select the item of choice and quantity, then click the "ADD TO CART" button. If you are purchasing a wreath and would like to add a monogram letter, be sure to select the letter of choice before adding the item to your shopping cart. You can access your cart by clicking the purse icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.

Shipping
Each item is handcrafted and made to order, and will ship within 3-5 business days once payment is received and funds are cleared. All items are carefully packaged and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that even though orders are shipped within a specified time frame, package delivery dates are are not guaranteed, as we have no control over the delivery time frame once the package leaves our hands.

A 7.5% Sales/Use tax is added to all Florida sales.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within a day of receiving your item(s). You may return your item(s) within 5 days of receiving them. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping. Your payment less original shipping fees will be refunded upon receiving the returned item(s) in original condition. **No refunds on custom orders**
We make certain to package all of our items securely and with great care. In the rare circumstance that your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can take care of this for you.
